A promtional video is a video that promotes a product that is new or soon to be realised. This advert was advertised on televison and on web banners over the web. I found this video on YouTube in a FLV format. You Tube is a broadcasting website that you can sign up to and post your own videos. YouTube uses FLV to play the files, FLV is a flash player that can play animations and video through computer programs such as, a web browser. Flash Player supports the embedded scripting language called ActionScript, Flash player was orginally designed to display 2D animation.
The target audience for this video are people wanting to buy a new software programme that is easy and simple to use.
